What We Offer

Membership Options

  • Junior Firefighter (14-15 years of age)

  • Restricted Active Members (16-17 years of age)

  • Active Firefighter (18 years or older)

Training

Training

  • A comprehensive training program with in-house facilities for fire and emergency medical service training. Advanced training is available in Onondaga County and New York State.

Equipment and Facilities

  • Personal safety equipment and state of the art emergency response apparatus

  • Members are allowed to use all amenities of the fire station including: internet, copy machine, wash bay, weight room, day room, member's bunk room, and kitchen.

  • Service Awards/ Retirement Program

  • Social Outings

  • Scholarships

What We Require From You

  • Members will respond to all types of emergency's ranging from nonemergency medical assists to structure fires.

  • Members will attend regular trainings.

  • Members must make 10% of alarms or complete 32 stand-by hours each month.
